Pawment Guidelines
Make sure to secure your spot by placing a deposit for your upcoming stay. By submitting a deposit, you can lock in your reservation and guarantee your furry friend a spot at our facility. Don't delay - secure your booking today!
All payments are made through invoicing
Deposit of $50 required (service $150 or more)
Deposit of $25 required (services less than $150)
Deposits are non-refundable if service is canceled 48 hours less from the start of service.
Long term stay (14 days or more) requires 20% deposit.
30 min grace period given for drop off and pick up. Late fee of $10 applied thereafter.
Current Vaccination records required before 48 hours before service begins.
